The Writer's Advocate is a low-time commitment extracurricular to develop your writing skills. Whether it be creative writing or essay writing, writing is an integral part of our lives (and our college application essays). In the Writer's Advocate, you'll find that you can use this space to peer edit essays, ask revisions and recommendations from English teachers, free-write poetry or creative writing, and even talk to a college counselor for professional help on your college essays during our guest speaker days. In this space, your writing can be workshopped and revised and you'll improve the writing skills that you need for college and professional life. You can also use this space for homework or quiet writing time if that's what interests you.
